1. Registration for Competitions
- Registration for competitions organized by us, such as Pieniny Ultra-Trail, is possible after creating an user account at zapisy.strefaprzygod.pl.
- During registration, we collect data including: name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, gender, and exact date of birth.
- This data is required for organizing the event (start lists), communication (e-mail), safety during the race (phone number), and processing results.
- Users set their own password, which is anonymized and known only to them, to access and edit their data at any time.
- We may use anonymized data for statistical purposes and service development.
- Payments are handled by third-party systems; we only store information about the payment method.
- We regularly delete outdated data; paper-based start lists are stored for up to 14 days after the competition.
- User accounts are maintained indefinitely to allow easier registration for future events and independent data management.
2. Online Store
- Pieniny Ultra-Trail online store allows guest purchases without registration.
- We store address details, e-mail, and phone numbers solely to facilitate delivery and provide status updates.
- Payment events are processed by third-party providers; we only record the payment method.
- Purchase information is stored for a period of 10 years.

- Data shared with subcontractors (e.g., time-measurement companies) is encrypted and sent directly to authorized personnel.

- We transfer race results to France for the purpose of the i-TRA (International Trail Running Association) rankings.

- Withdrawal of Consent: You may withdraw consent at any time. Before a race, this will result in the inability to provide the service; after a race, it may result in removal from official results.
- Data Portability: You have the right to request the transfer of your data to a third party.
- Complaints: If you suspect data misuse, you have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
- Marketing: You may opt-out of direct marketing via “unsubscribe” links or account settings.
- Necessary Communication: Technical messages (confirmations, safety info) do not have an unsubscribe option as they are essential for the service.
